Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR-related fields (preferably one with experience in headhunting).
- Proficiency in English both speaking and writing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, especially in talking, discussing and negotiating with senior and director levels.
- Advanced knowledge of effective hiring platforms and processes that attract suitable applicants.
- Experience in creating company brand awareness and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
- Familiar with the HRIS System.
- Having a good understanding of payroll and BPJS will be an advantage.
- Can join immediately.
Job Descriptions:
- Taking an active role in managing the recruitment and selection process through internal recruitment.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle; sourcing, scouting, interviewing, hiring, job offering, negotiating, and onboarding employees into the company.
- Making reports about recruitment and interview results.
- Managing job portals to enhance the Company's employer branding.
- Controlling employee documents (offering letter, PKWT, PKWTT, promotion, resignation, termination, etc.).
- Maintaining employee information and attendance in the HRIS system (Talenta by Mekari).
- Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
- Creating training & development plans.
- Evaluating employee performance.
- Administering compensation and benefits plans.
- Handling payroll, BPJS and HR administration.
- Supporting other team members with branding and HR matters.
