Job description for HR & General Affairs (Intern) at Sasana Digital
Job Descriptions:
• Responsible for handling, proposing and conducting HR development activities
• Coordinating with the HR team in realizing employee life cycle activities
• Regularly maintaining and monitoring office inventory (stationary, medicines, etc.)
• Conducting purchasing activities for office supplies and equipment
• Searching, communicating, and establishing relationship with vendors, printings, partners, hotels, travels, or parties for purchase activity
• Preparing client & internal needs (such as brochure, printing, devices, merchandise, etc.)
• Supporting HR & General Affairs to manage administrative and transaction tasks (Creating letter and documents, process reimbursement and invoice, etc.)
Criteria:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree of Management, Psychology, Administration, or Secretary
• Have work experience in a Human Resources, General Affairs, Admin, or any related roles
• Experienced in handling General Affair tasks, transactions, administrations, etc.
• Able to create document, report, and proposal using Microsoft Word or Google Docs
• Excellent in using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, etc.)
• Experienced in handling employee engagement events, conducting events, and MCing
• Confident speaking in front of people
• Able to work multitasking, organized, and structured
• Must have motorcycle with driving license (SIM C)
• Based in Bandung and willing to work on-site.
