Job description for HR Admin at PT Aneka Search Indonesia (ASI Asia Pacific)
Responsibilities:
- Manage all allocated clients
- Communicate with all allocated clients. This includes, but is not restricted to the preparation and delivery of services such as phone calls, emails, etc
- Ensuring there is a clear understanding of the client’s need
- Briefing all parties (internal & external) thoroughly and providing them with written requirements
- Continual follow-up with all parties (internal & external) to ensure progress is being made according to agreed schedules
- Reduce, and follow up when necessary, late payments of allocated clients
- Implement all ISO requirements, including risk analysis, and review the system’s effectiveness (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 37001:2016, ISO 27001:2013, ISO 20000-1:2018)
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years in managing client accounts / consulting experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree Pshychology
- Passionate about helping clients
- Experience in managing individuals and teams is a plus
- Strong Presentation Skills Required
- Proficient in English is an advantage
- Familiar with different types of Technology is a plus
- Good Communication Skill & Attention to detail
- Adequate in Microsoft Office skill
