Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and records.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Create, update, and maintain HR documents, including contracts and policies.
- Ensure all HR files are organized and easily accessible.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities.
- Assist in the administration of employees.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in any major or equivalent; additional HR certifications or coursework is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role at least 1 year.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and principles.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
