Job Description:
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, shortlisting, first-lining interview, and onboarding)
- Being in charge of employee administration and database (create employee contracts, offering letters, employment verification letter, etc)
- Overview the employee attendance report
- Plan and execute employee bonding & engagement program
Requirements
1. Final semester or fresh graduate in Management/Psychology/Law
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google suite, and Trello
3. Familiarity with HRIS will be a plus
4. Experience in event organizing (MC-ing or training support) will be a plus
