Job Description:
- Monitoring and updating employee database on ABI and AOS: training, MCU, BPJS (Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan), medical insurance, annual leave, and employees’ contracts are all well maintained.
- Produce PKWT, amendment, HR-related letters and ensure all documents are distributed properly.
- Manage to onboard and coordinate with related departments and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process until the candidates are onboarded in the company and clients.
- Facilitate end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to interviews and offer management.
- Facilitate actively and think strategically in proposing solutions to fulfil hiring needs.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
- Support to perform general HR activities and tasks.
