Y Ventures Group is a Singapore based, leading data-driven ecommerce company specializing in academic and professional publishing, is seeking a Global Remote Workforce HR Manager. This role is critical for managing our diverse and international remote workforce, ensuring that our HR practices resonate across different cultures and regions.
The position is remote but candidate should be based in Jakarta and please submit CV in English
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in HR, specifically managing international remote teams
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Ability to collaborate with open minded and creative individuals from different work cultures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in HRIS and remote work tools
- Proficient in English, additional language is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in HR management or related field
- 3 or more years experience.
