Job description for General Affair Staff at Pt Graha Perdana Indah (gardens At Candi Sawangan)
Qualifications :
1. Minimum S1 education, all majors
2. Detail-oriented with high communication, ethics, and responsibility.
3. Have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of General Affair
4. Experienced in handling company facilities and utilities, creating and implementing
General Affair SOP.
5. Have good Ms Excel skills.
6. Have knowledge of vehicles (Motorcycles, Cars, etc.)
Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Handle the payment process to vendors
2. Responsible for managing administrative affairs and documents in GA
3. Monitor the provision of office facilities (stationery, kitchen stock, meeting rooms,
transportation, meeting rooms, etc.)
4. Ensure coordination between drivers, OB, and users runs well and effectively.
5. Receive requests for operational vehicles from all departments and inform the driver.
6. Take care of licenses related to vehicles (STNK, KIR, etc.).
7. Processing requests for general goods, purchasing, and distributing them to requestors.
8. Conducting price surveys as a comparison
9. Checking the disbursement of fuel costs
10. Manage warehouse stock of general goods (office supplies, forms, etc.)
