Job description for General Affair Staff at Paperpen Stationery
- Membuat anggaran HRGA
- Melakukan kunjungan sidak outlet + membuat report
- Bertanggungjawab terhadap pengadaan dan perawatan barang di semua devisi
- Melakukan kontrol terhadap aset perusahaan (Truk, genset, lampu, AC, printer)
- Melakukan hubungan / pencarian vendor yang dibutuhkan oleh setiap devisi
- Melakukan filling dokumen perusahaan
- Melakukan otorisasi transaksi untuk outlet (penukaran poin, return customer)
- Perizinan
