Job Description:
- Lead, direct and manage the front office team
- Ensure the guests have the best experience throughout their stay
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure proper execution of guests’ requests and programs
- Maintain effective communication within the department as well as keeping the team informed of any arising problems or queries
- Proactively address issues related to guest experience to provide optimal solutions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree of Hotel Management, Hospitality, or other relevan degree
- Minimum 3 year's experience in the same position
- Excellent leadership skill, communication skill and people person
- Ability to perform revenue management, QTA selling strategy and PMS literate (VHP)
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Good health, positive attitude and neat appearance
