Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant ensuring high-quality service and dining experience for guests
- Train, supervise, and mentor restaurant staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage customer feedback and resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of food
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular audits to ensure efficient operations
- Maintain adherence to company policies and procedures, taking disciplinary actions when necessary.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar managerial role in the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- High level of integrity, loyalty, and honesty
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in restaurant management or supervision
- Proficient in using restaurant management software and systems.
