Job description for Finance and Accounting Staff at PT. Global Infotech Solutions
- Manage employee claims, including general and travel claims, and ensuring alignment with claim policies.
- Handle creating purchase orders, sales invoices, and supplier invoices
- Process AP and journal entries for transactions such as BPJS Healthcare, BPJS Social Security, In-House Transfers, income tax (21, 23, 4(2), 25), bank charges, and settlement of AR.
- Prepare bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate accounting records are up to date.
- Ensure proper and complete documentation and filing for easy retrieval of all accounting related documents;
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in using MS Excel and accounting software (accurate)
- Exceptional accuracy, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Must have Brevet A & B certification
