Job description for Factory Manager at PT Unifoods Indonesia
The Factory Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of manufacturing operations within the facility. This includes production planning, quality control, staff management, and strategic decision-making to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- In charge of PT Unifoods Indonesia factories operational and improvement
- Make production plans and tasks, arrange and control the progress of production operations
- Track the production situation, product demand, production process, output value target, and complete the production target on time
- Participate in the action plan and implementation of improving production efficiency and product quality within budget
- Monitor standard operation methods to ensure the safety and cleanliness of the production site
- Fully control, process and coordinate the personnel management of the production, warehouse and distribution department
- Responsible to cover all factories for production expansion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing management, or a related field
- At least 5 years experience at managerial level in food manufacturing industry with a proven track record of successful production optimization
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Have a knowledge Of Total Quality Managernent, Total Productive Maintenance, 5S and Kaizen
- Have certified of Green Belt is an added value
- Understand the concept of project management
Skills:
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent communication English and Mandarin
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
