Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand objectives, target audience, and desired experiential outcomes.
- Conceptualize and design unique event experiences that effectively communicate the essence of fast moving consumer goods and brands.
- Develop creative event themes, activations, and interactive elements to engage attendees and leave a lasting impression.
- Coordinate with various vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure seamless execution of event logistics.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and provide cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Plan and oversee all aspects of event production, including setup, decor, lighting, sound, and visual elements.
- Work closely with marketing teams to integrate brand messaging and ensure brand consistency throughout the event.
- Utilize digital technologies and social media to amplify event reach and create buzz before, during, and after the event.
- Conduct post-event evaluations and provide comprehensive reports, including attendee feedback and event metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and experiential marketing best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Event Planner or in a related role, specializing in experiential events for fast moving consumer goods and brands.
- Exceptional creativity and the ability to translate brand stories and values into captivating event experiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, both with clients and vendors.
- Proficient in event management software and technology, including event registration and experiential marketing tools.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and social media platforms for event promotion.
- A deep understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to create immersive experiences that resonate with target audiences.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.
- A degree or diploma in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
