Job description for Event & Promotion Executive (Mall) at Mega Bekasi Hypermall
Requirements:
- Min. D3/S1 graduate in marketing/public relations or any related fields
- Min. 5 years (senior) and min. 1 year (junior) of experiences in handing events/ exhibitions
- Preferably experience in Mall/ Shopping Center
- Have great public speaking skills, negotiation skills and target oriented
- Have extensive relationships and networking
- An honest, responsive, communicative and friendly individual
- Able to work individually and in a team
- Master Ms. Office
- Ready to follow office hours (Monday - Saturday)/ flexible working hours
- Willing to be placed in Kota Bekasi, Jawa Barat (WFO)
Responsibility:
- Actively looking for Exhibitors/Clients/EO to occupy the area
- Responsible for event activities at the Mall
- Create regular/thematic/annual events
- Increase public brand awareness and visitor traffic
- Accompany prospective clients/EO/exhibitors to survey mall locations
- Create work plans and reports
- Ensure that all event activities comply with the SOP
- Monitor events and control event order
- Negotiate with EO and Vendors
