Job description for E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST at PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk
Job Description :
• Support the best shopper experience in omnichannel accounts with well-integrated campaign communications & activations, ensuring alignment with the overall brand message and strategy.
• Support business process on the overall shopper journey across various channels, including online platforms & brand’s social media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless administrative documentations.
• Work closely with Modern Trade KAMs + Omnichannel Manager to assist in coordinating activations & administrative tasks related to omnichannel development.
• Assist to compile focus accounts’ campaign details and populate all information into one template.
• Support in the creation, curation, and optimization of content for different channels by collaborating with creative agency.
• Collaborate with media agencies for material posting schedule Procucts in Instagram accounts with respective redirection links
Qualification :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major from a reputable university with Business Administration or Visual Merchandising
• 1-3 years experience in project management and/or eCommerce
• Literacy in Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator is a plus point
• Excellent Communication Skills
