Job Description:
As the Ecommerce Lead, you will be responsible for driving the online sales strategy and managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience, increase sales, and drive growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and achieve business goals.
- Manage the e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and IT teams to launch new products, campaigns, and features.
- Monitor and optimize website performance, including traffic, conversion rates, and user experience.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a proven track record of driving online sales.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms, preferably in Home and Living/Consumer Packaged Goods category.
- Knowledge of e-commerce technologies, tools, and best practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team.
