Job Description:
As a Document Preparation Assistant, your primary responsibility is to provide support in the creation of teaching materials using Microsoft Word and Canva. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, ensuring flawless formatting, grammar, and punctuation in all documents. Additionally, you will be involved in designing cover pages and are expected to type an average of 4 documents per day. Ad-hoc duties may also be assigned as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate in the preparation of teaching materials using Ms. Word and Canva.
- Ensure accuracy in data entry, paying close attention to formatting, grammar, and punctuation.
- Assist in the design of cover pages for documents.
- Type approximately an average of 4 documents daily.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including skills in grouping, cropping, watermarks, and layout.
- Proficient in English with a strong command of grammar and spelling to produce error-free documents.
