Job description for Director of Employer Branding at Gandeng Foundation
Job Description
- Supervise and quality-control all branding programs, including but not limited to: a) Brand strategy of Gandeng Foundation b)Marketing and promotion plans for foundation and program, ie. recruitments, events, etc.
- Provide advice (problem-solve) and high level strategy/structure for related programs
- Lead the coordination with the relevant team in terms of branding aspect, ie. Human Capital
- Lead the direction, goal, and priority setting for the department
- Manage and build relationships with the people of the department and the entire organization
- Manage stakeholders that are from outside of the department and the organization (if any)
Who we're looking for
- Can commit for at least a year (until June 2025)
- Min. 2nd year university student from any major
- Knowledgeable on the marketing and creative function, shown through having prior experiences, preferably in a professional setting
- Showcase strong leadership skills, shown through having prior experiences, preferably the head or head-1 of a committee/organization
- Excellent in structured thinking and communication, for both written and oral
- A self starter a high aptitude for learning with a can-do attitude
- Gives a damn in taking care of people in Gandeng
- Preferably have prior professional, competition, event-making, or other student-activity experiences
