Job description for Digital Marketing - Performance Marketing & SEO at Hanada Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for brand’s performance marketing strategy.
- Create, maintain, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaign on all digital channels (Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Google Ads, marketplace ads, etc. – not limited to Collaborative Performing Ads – CPAS)
- Conduct thorough keyword and audience research to inform campaign strategy
- Assist to manage digital budget and ensure optimal spend allocation across all channels to achieve target.
- Continuously conduct an A/B test experiment to optimize campaign.
- Monitor ads performance daily
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives that align with target audience.
- Collaborate and work closely with marketing and sales team to achieve objectives.
- Analyze, measure, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
- Identify trend and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Stay up to date with industry trend, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Manage brand e-commerce platform which may include initial set up, campaign management, assets, SEO, etc.
Ad-hoc project as necessary Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising / Media, Public Relation, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years in handling digital ads and SEO.
- Knowledge and experience in handling Facebook Ad, Tiktok Ads, and Facebook CPAS
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience in e-commerce / marketplace ads, especially Shopee and Tokopedia.
- In-depth knowledge of advertising platforms and their respective best practices.
- Able to analyze and transform sets of data into digital marketing strategy
- Strong Analytical skills and strategic / critical thinker
- Strong digital knowledge particularly in SEO, UI/UX, website development and management.
- Highly motivated, able to adapt in a fast paced work environment, able to multitask and meet the deadline
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Experience in digital / performance marketing agency is a plus
- Experience in FMCG or beauty / skincare industry is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team across multiple functions.
