1. Create a monthly report on the problems faced by consumers as well as suggestions for improvement of existing products or features.
2. Problem-solving of customer problems.
3. Conducting analyses and reports relating to user retention.
4. Blasting to users (campaign/event promotion, rating, review & class completion).
5. Report analysis of blasting.
6. Assist the product team to share survey (project-based).
7. Integrate data related to users.
8. Perform user documentation.
9. Conduct training, coaching and mentoring for the CS team.
10. Coordinate with product division (QA) and tech to solve user technical problems.
11. Follow up on the user's learning progress.
12. Coordinate with sales for users whose learning duration runs out to offer an extension of the training duration.
13. Answer user questions in accordance with SLA.
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication Science.
2. Have min. 1 year experience as Customer relation
3. Having experience working in Edutech / Tech company / Prakerja will be a plus
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Effective negotiation and persuasive abilities.
6. Creative problem-solving capabilities.
7. Strong customer relation management.
8. Strong ability to provide technical support.
