Requirements :
- Have work experience in the same field for at least 1 year
- Customer service representative
- Familiarity with CRM system and practices
- Strong phone contact skills and actice listening and chat handling
- Handle complaints via social media (IG, Tiktok, Twitter, dll)
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
Note : This position will be 4 months contract for maternity leave.
