Job description for Customer Service - Operation (Mandarin Speaker) at PT Sino Cargo Indonesia
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Follow and update shipments movements to sales and clients;
• Well organized, capable and practiced in handling complex and multifaceted tasks;
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed;
• Recommends potential product or service to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs;
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint determining the cause of problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure solution;
• Good decision making and problem solve skill;
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor Degree of any major (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
• Fluency in Mandarin is a must (listening, speaking and writing). English will be plus point.
• Having at least 1 year of working experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistic/ EXIM /Logistics Operation.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Words, Power Point, Excel
• Time-management skills
• Having strong problem solving and interpersonal skills, high integrity
• Initiative, active, self-discipline, able to work independently and under pressure, responsible and fast learner
• Able to work in dynamic & project-based working environments
• Willing to Business Trip
