Job Description
1. Manage product listings on marketplaces, ensuring accurate product information, updating stock, and organizing product categories.
2. Support buyers and sellers by responding quickly and accurately to inquiries across all marketplaces, addressing complaints correctly according to SOPs, and facilitating smooth returns or refunds.
3. Oversee the entire order process, from processing to delivery monitoring, ensuring customers receive their items on time (including printing invoices and labels from the marketplace).
4. Respond appropriately to all marketplace product ratings to enhance customer trust.
5. Maintain marketplace store performance.
6. Keep good communication with customers.
