Job description for Customer Service (English) at PT Sangga Bisnis Anda
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding Australian tax procedures.
- Providing guidance and assistance to customers in navigating Australian tax regulations.
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving issues related to taxation promptly and effectively.
- Collaborating with the tax department to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service while dealing with customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for those related to finance or tax.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Possession of a valid English language proficiency certificate, such as IELTS with a score between 5.5 - 6.5, or an equivalent certificate.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
