Job description for Customer Care Incident Response (Psychology) at PT Sinergi Performa Cipta
Criterias & Requirements:
- S1 - Psychology with minimum 2.75 GPA (fresh grad with passion in customer care are welcome to apply)
- English & Bahasa proficiency with both clear articulation and written are mandatory.
- Open for fresh graduate with skills to communicate with empathy, volunteer in social/humanitarian activity would be an advantage.
- Excited with Customer Service role,
- Accustomed in working with target and in a fast-pace environment
- Typing skills minimum 50 WPM with minimum accuracy 90%
- Attention to details are very important.
- Basic of MS Excel
- Smiley voice intonation, clear articulation, accustomed in direct communication with people, and familiar to operate and answer comment using social media (ex: chat), at least candidate has Socmed account
- Willing to work in shifting mode/schedule.
- Vaccinated minimum 2 doses
- Responsibilities
Job Scopes:
- Customer Service to join with the Incident Response (IR) Team, specifically to support in staying ahead of any risk that might occur during the incident.
- The role will keep the team up-to-date with data and information from the front lines to help gauge impact and visibility, in ensuring the right responders are involved, escalation processes are adhered to, etc.
- Monitor various company communication channels including call center, social media, web inquiries, etc., and respond appropriately in a timely manner
- Gather feedback from our consumers and partners, observe front-line issues
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the team to improve overall business
- Perform administrative tasks involving partner's account
Assignment scope:
- Guide our consumers and partners in using our products
- Manage service inquiries and disputes arising from our consumers and partners
- Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partners base
- Maintain good relationships and community-building efforts with our consumers and partners
Interview process
- Are you Bachelor of Psychology?
- Make sure your English proficiency is good-able to communicate (speaking & writing)
- Make sure your typing skill at minimum 50 WPM with accuracy minimum 90%
- Make sure you speak in clear articulation
- Interview will be conducted in English from 1st stage, including role-playing related to skills needed
