Job description for Customer Care Flight at Mitracomm Ekasarana (Head Office Jakarta)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Menangani customer complain lokal & internasional terkait flight dan ticketing melalui media Telepon, Live Chat, atau E-mail
- Memberikan informasi product knowledge kepada customer
Kualifikasi :
- Pria/Wanita, maksimal usia 30 tahun
- Pendidikan min SMA semua jurusan, minimal IPK 2,75
- Fluently english
- Freshgraduate welcomed to apply
- Preferably had experience in ticketing/hospitality/cashier/travel agencies/tour leader
- Able to work in shifting days and shifting hours
- Placement in Semarang
- Have a TOEFL/TOEIC/IELTS or other certification are preferable
