Job description for Customer Care & Support (mandatory English speaking ability) at PT Sinergi Performa Cipta
Criterias & Requirements:
- English & Bahasa proficiency with both clear articulation and written are mandatory.
- D3/S1 with minimum 2.75 GPA
- Open for fresh graduate with skills to communicate with empathy, smiley voice, passion to help.
- Excited with Customer Service role,
- Accustomed in working with target and in a fast-pace environment
- Typing skills minimum 50 WPM with minimum accuracy 90%
- Attention to details are very important. Basic of MS Excel
- Familiar to operate and answer comment using social media (ex: chat), at least candidate has Socmed account
- Willing to work in shifting mode/schedule.
- Vaccinated minimum 2 doses
Responsibilities
- Guide our consumers and partners in using our products
- Manage service inquiries and disputes arising from our consumers and partners
- Provide excellent customer service to our consumer and partners base
- Maintain good relationships and community-building efforts with our consumers and partners
