Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a visionary Product Manager with a robust background in AI and AR technologies to lead our ambitious projects. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, creative vision, and strategic thinking to manage the development and execution of AI and AR solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver products that not only meet market needs but also push the boundaries of what's possible in creative technology.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI and AR projects, ensuring alignment with the company's timelines and innovation standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define product requirements, scope, and timelines.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, challenges, and budget in the AI and AR space.
- Collaborate with external vendors to deliver the vision of client and internal.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation such as campaign results and its impact.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including beta testing and post-launch analysis.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional materials.
- Monitor project performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure success.
- Stay abreast of advancements in AI and AR technologies to incorporate cutting-edge features into our products.
- Communicate with the client to maintain relationships.
Requirements:
- This role requires high responsibility to manage team and client expectations. Soft skills such as being on time, delivering projects on time, excellent management skill, and excellent communication is a non negotiable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall Development Process
- Understanding of Scrum Frameworks
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in product management, specifically in AI and AR technologies.
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
- A portfolio showcasing successful AI , AR , or Creative tech projects is highly desirable.
- A technical background such as programming is a plus.
