Ambassador Counsellor – Egypt Embassy
Our client, the Egyptian Embassy, is looking for a counselor to assist the ambassador in understanding our current political situation.
Responsibilities:
• Advise the Director on current political conditions in Indonesia
• Act as the Ambassador's representative
• Assist the ambassador on strategy planning for embassy future plan
• Manage the Ambassador’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Maintain and manage digital files.
• Coordinate with various departments and external parties to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
• Manage the Embassy's social media presence across multiple platforms (designing, posting, and managing content).
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Skills:
• Understanding of the current social and political landscape
• Good negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Organized, professional, and highly motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
• Experience in content design and social media management.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (S1) international relations / social political sciences / communication / or other related degrees
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals at all levels.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Creative and able to manage embassy’s online presence through few platforms of social media.
