Bachelor degree from reputable university, majoring in Law
Having at least 5 years of working experience in legal in corporate functions
Good command in English, verbal and written
Experience in Creative & Entertainment Company as legal or relevant industry is a plus
Hands on experience in reviewing and drafting legal agreements, contracts.
Hands on experience in litigation role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tasks & responsibilities
Prepare, review, check and process any legal documents related to corporate and functions matters of the Company
Gather and process any information to resolve legal issue or complete legal document in relation to the Company’s and its subsidiaries’ corporate matters, including but not limited to holding general meetings of shareholders, meetings of board of directors and meetings of board of commissioners
Draft and/or review any legal documents in relation to other functions,
Review contract/agreement between company and other parties
