Job description for Compensation & Benefits Staff at PT. Global Bintang Timur Ekspress (J&T Express Jakarta)
Responsibilities:
- Administer all the process of employee compensation and benefits.
- Handle inquiries and provide guidance to employees regarding compensation and benefits matters.
- Manage Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data for Operational Employees.
- Other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field;
- Proven experience in payroll administration, compensation and benefits management, and HRIS administration.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to join ASAP and willing to be placed in Pluit, North Jakarta.
