Job description for Communication & Customer Relation Internship at Nuri
We are looking for an innovative Customer Relation & Communication to connect directly with our user to answer their question and give socialization about our program. Here are the main tasks that can undertake an intern in Customer Relation & Communication
- Manage large amounts of incoming chat through Whatsapp & social media
- Identify and assess user needs to achieve satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Create and analyze training report
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Content planning and creating for employer branding.
Requirements
- Final year study focus on communication & human resource preferred
- Confident in English.
- Strong communication skills - you can write in a clear, pleasant, professional way to a variety of audiences even in difficult situations
- Superb time management skills - you can organize and manage multiple priorities and frequent distractions
- Proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
- A flexible and hard-working spirit, proud to work “in the trenches” to delight our customers
