Position Overview:
The Commercial Area Lead for Bandung will be responsible for overseeing and managing all commercial activities within the Bandung area. This role includes driving sales growth, managing client relationships, developing business strategies, and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing initiatives. The Commercial Area Lead will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's market presence and achieving financial targets in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the assigned area.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Address client needs and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to assess their needs and gather feedback.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies for market penetration and growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
- Prepare and manage the area’s budget, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Monitor financial performance and report on sales forecasts, budgets, and expenses.
- Implement cost-control measures to improve profitability.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market data.
- Prepare and present regular reports on area performance to senior management.
- Job Requirements :
- Minimum education : Bachelor's Degree in Management
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and commercial management, preferably in the FMCG, retail, or industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze market data and financial reports.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
