About Us:
PT. JMSTAR INDONESIAN MEDIA is a a company who's focus on E-commerce progress. We are dedicated to pursue our GMV target. As we continue to expand our global presence, we are seeking a highly capable CEO Assistant who is fluent in Chinese to support our CEO in managing various tasks and communications.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors, both domestically and internationally.
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Translate documents, emails, and other communications from Chinese to English, and vice versa, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for internal and external meetings.
- Conduct research and gather information on industry trends, market developments, and competitors as needed.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and follow up on action items resulting from meetings, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including managing correspondence, filing documents, and organizing office operations.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong execution ability, understand e-commerce operation and MCN negotiation.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in translation work.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
