Job description for Care Team at Rey.id
Responsible on Care Team process & services including shifting, online consultation booking, and prescription and ensuring all processes and services are properly done according to the agreed & committed TAT/SLA.
Job Description
- Prepare and ensure shifting the schedule on care team is properly done according to the prepared schedule.
- Ensure care team’s chat response done according to member’s product and Rey SOP.
- Prepare and provide claim report (weekly, monthly, yearly).
- As a Care team leader, ensure all Care team agents have the same level of understanding on policies, products and procedure.
- Maintain good communication & relationship with third party.
Qualifications
- Has medical knowledge background in health-related major
- Minimum 3 years experience in Health Insurance Company handling claim, call center/customer service would be an advantage.
- Experience in dealing with client, TPA & Hospital, especially out of Indonesia.
- Good analysis, detail oriented & accurate, adaptable & quick learner.
- Excellent communication skill, pro-active & initiative.
