PT Horus Technology is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business System Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business System Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing our clients' business processes, identifying system requirements, and designing efficient technological solutions to meet their needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, including business users, developers, and project managers, to ensure the successful implementation and integration of systems.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of clients' business processes to identify areas for improvement and system requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Design, develop, and modify software systems to enhance operational efficiency and meet clients' needs.
- Create system models, diagrams, and flowcharts to illustrate system functionality and processes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate proposed solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure successful implementation, integration, and testing of systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct system performance monitoring, analysis, and optimization.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to system analysis and design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in system analysis techniques, tools, and methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) , SRS and project management principles.
- Experience with requirement gathering, documentation, and technical specification writing.
- Proficiency in modeling tools, such as UML or BPMN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for learning and keeping up with technology advancements.
