Job Description
We are looking of an experienced Business Strategic & Project Manager in digital marketing and production to manage ad ensure the smoothness of the project from planning, execution and completion by collaborating with all team members and clients. Success for this position is measured in the ability to partner with teams the agency to develop strategies that inspires ideas and work that is contextually relevant across all media along the consumer journey, along with highly targeted, data-informed content. You will work with teams in developing and implementing strategies that solve client's problems and inspire new ideas and work that gets people excited. You will be asked to challenge and elevate strategic thinking so that we're always delivering bold and who is excited to contribute to culture in our planning department.
Roles & Responsibilities include:
Start by turning observation, data and research into insight. This means partnering with our data team on analysis and social listening, and collaborating with other member teams to uncover the problem we need to solve and the insights to help us do it.
Challenge and elevate strategic thinking, add new perspective, and ensure creative briefs are well articulated.
Be a trusted partner and reliable resource for clients and for creative teams.
Understand research and reporting methodology
Qualifications :
Woman is preferred
Bachelor degree in Markewtnf, business Administration or other relevant field.
3-5 years of experience working as a Project Manager or experience working in advertising, brand building, or other transferable with relevant skill sets (i.e., journalism, sociology, etc.) or similar position in an agency, peferably a digital agency.
Proven thought-leadership and ability to contribute strategic thinking.
Experience with qual/quant research methods (tracking studies, focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnographic research - any type of interviewing skills) with the ability to identify true insights.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, verbal and non-verbal communication skills, and presentation skills.
Must have strong presentation skills and be able to develop presentation materials that are clear, concise, and intriguing.
Familiarity with content development tools and project management tools.
Innate curiosity to want to understand people, culture and the worls, overall , and most importantly, a burning desire to dig into what makes them tick.
Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-team settings.
Experience in Social Media Marketing and Creative Production is preferred.
Experience in B2B or industrial company is preferred.
Mandarin Speaker is preferred.
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Diutamakan)
