Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
- Max. 3 years relevant experience in the asset management, banking or capital market industry, preference for experience in financial markets and marketing
- Energetic and excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business, operations, and internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Having WMI or WAPERD license is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and perform successfully in a high-pressure atmosphere
- Able to work independently as well as within a team
- Attention to detail
- Passion for self learning and work with minimum supervision
Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for product development, including but not limited to planning, implementing, promotions and future product development
- Create proposal, sales report, and data analysis, as requested
- Build sustainable relationships and partnerships with other key players such as sales team, back office, banks, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs related to investment funds
- Assisting the sales team through the organization and administrative support
- Working on daily marketing support and administration
- Manage overall program timeline, including resource requirements, bottlenecks and risks
- Execute against time-sensitive requests from the leaders and cross-functional business partners
