As a part of the consulting department, you have to:
- Provide professional guidance to enterprise and civil society organizations for growing socially responsible, sustainable & impact-driven.
- Help clients to grow by designing the right business models, strategic management, and financial models.
- Use a detailed, fact-based analytical capability to help our clients solve their issues, give insight, grow their business, and deliver value through comprehensible, actionable recommendations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understanding the Client's business from various industries.
- Conduct business analysis & market research to come up with solutions to client problems and explain these solutions through data and analysis.
- Collecting/eliciting, documenting, and analyzing requirements and information from a variety of sources and involving multiple techniques (e.g. interviews, document analysis, workshops, questionnaires, desk research, business process descriptions, business analysis, workflow analysis, etc.)
- Analyzing gathered information, through reconciliation among multiple sources of information, explaining high-level information into a general understanding, and fulfilling requests related to implementation needs.
- Preparing recommendations based on the analysis conducted to support the completion of objectives and priorities.
- Formulating and evaluating strategic options: working with clients to understand and shape strategic options for key management decisions; preparing, maintaining, and updating reports and other documentation as required.
- Producing overall project plans from several phases (conception, development, follow-up, implementation, and reporting).
Requirements:
- Minimal 2 years experience in the same background.
- Fluent in English (written and oral).
- Good communication and presentation skills (written and oral).
- Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
- Have a strong background & experience in understanding accounting and financial statement & analysis.
