About the Role
As a Business Analyst, you will be helping businesses identify their business pain points, analyze data and provide data-driven suggestions on how they can move their businesses forward.
As Impact Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of our Business Consulting Team. You will help our clients transform their businesses by automating their business processes and helping them make data-driven business decisions. You will be in charge of analyzing their requirements and data, reporting metrics, suggesting operation improvements, and building proposal evaluations in a cross-functional environment to support business change and optimization.
The ideal candidate should have experience in hands-on ERP/HRIS enterprise implementation and advanced understanding of HR best practices, system processing, business processes and their dependencies. This role is suitable for you if you are looking for impactful work and growing your career by improving business practices and processes, also chances to learn large tech products.
The job is open for remote options but may require you to travel several times every month to provide training to clients.
You will help us to:
- Identify the requirement and propose a good alternative solution to client requirement
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to design and develop ERP/Odoo apps (new module development, customization)
- Define features scope, bring real value to the product
- Will be hands-on ERP and HRIS implementation, customization and development projects.
- Develop and propose solutions to optimize operations, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years experience in ERP implementation/HRIS for enterprise
- Bachelor in Accounting/Business/AIS/MIS with minimum GPA 3.7 out of 4.0
- Prior understanding of HR business, system processing, business processes and their dependencies
- Experience implementing Odoo ERP is a plus
- Special interest in accounting and finance, business process optimization, and business software
- Able to communicate effectively with good projects management skills and good people skills
- Believe in digital transformation with high professionalism level
