Requirement :
1. Minimum Diploma degree in accounting or any field is welcome
2. Minimum 2 years but fresh grades are allowed
3. Must fluent in English
Skills:
• Accurate and good administrative skills.
• Proficient in using Excel (get used to using Excel formulas such as Vlookup, sumif, countif, etc.)
• Good communication and influencing skills
Job description :
1. Prepare a commercial invoice
2. Create a tax invoice
3. Prepare Delivery Notes/Delivery Advice/customer receipt tickets
4. To verify prices between invoice and customer PO
5. To verify the quantity between the Invoice and Delivery Note/Shipping Advice/customer receiving ticket
6. Arrange for sending documents to customers using courier services
