Job description for Assisten Importir at PT Kalibesar Artha Perkasa
Qualifications & experience
Minimum Bachelor's / Diploma's Degree in any major
At least 2 year (s) of working experience in Freight Forwarding or Shipping Industry is required for this position
Good in English both spoken and written
Knowledge in importations process (Import permit & license, shipment, customs clearance, import tax & duties, etc) - highly preferred
Have good communication skills
Can join immediately will be advantage
Experience with a customs broker
Understanding of logistics documents, process, and flow
Experience in process PIB PEB documents
Tasks & responsibilities
Coordinate and handle import export freight documentation procedure and coordinate with forwarder / overseas agent
Permit declarations and customs clearance
Check all document imported goods
Handle document (invoice, P/L, Insurance, AWB, PO, Contract, etc)
Understanding the HS code (Import Export)
Drafting PIB PEB carry out the EDI data transfer process
Perform qualified and accountable importation process (permit and licenses, master list, shipments, transportation, logistics, tax duties, custom clearance) in terms of required timing, cost, and regulation compliance
Proficiency in EDI Application System and Ceisa 4.0.
Strong understanding of Customs Systems (Bea Cukai), PEB PIB processes, Export Import Customs processes, and relevant regulations.
Excellent communication skills for interaction with Customs officers and clients.
