Job description for Assistant Sales Manager (Mandarin Speaker) - Samarinda at PT. Wook Global Technology
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serve as a personal assistant and Mandarin translator for the Sales Manager (expatriate) and all staff in the Samarinda branch office.
- Accompany the Branch Manager during customer visits in various areas of East Kalimantan Province, including business trips to Papua.
- Translate documents from Mandarin to Indonesian and vice versa.
- Assist the Sales Manager in controlling and analyzing sales strategies within the division.
Requirements:
- Maximum age of 35 years, fluent in both spoken and written Mandarin.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an assistant to an expatriate or as a Mandarin translator.
- Fresh graduates with a minimum equivalent of HSK 5 are welcome to apply.
- Interest in working in the Sales & Marketing field.
- Minimum education of High School Diploma/D3/S1 in any field of study.
- Willingness to travel on business trips with the Sales Manager to various regions in Kalimantan and Papua when required.
- Possession of a valid SIM A (driver's license) is preferred.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multitasking.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (MS Excel).
- Willing to be placed in the Samarinda branch office, East Kalimantan.
