Job description for Administrative Staff at Pt. Surya Bumi Permata
Deskripsi pekerjaan:
- Memberikan informasi produk kepada Customer
- Memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada Customer
- Melakukan transaksi penjualan pada sistem kasir
- Mengajukan dan melaporkan penggunaan petty cash berserta bukti yang sah
- Mencatat dan menjaga barang inventaris Store
- Membuat laporan penjualan
- Membuat Sales Order, Delivery Order, Item Transfer, dan laporan administrasi lainnya yang dibutuhkan Perusahaan
- Melakukan arsip data / dokumen
Persyaratan :
- Pengalaman Administrasi Store / Retail minimal 3 Tahun
- Mahir menggunakan Ms. Office, sistem Akuntansi
- Aktif di social media dan marketplace
- Mengikuti training Administrasi di Kantor Pusat sebelum penempatan
