Job Responsibilities:
- Managing inventory records, updating databases, processing orders and scheduled stock opname.
- Handling incoming and outgoing communications, both internal (within the warehouse team) and external (with suppliers, customers, etc.).
- Maintaining and organizing paperwork such as invoices, packing slips, and shipping documents.
- Coordinating appointments, meetings, and deliveries.
- Assisting with administrative tasks for other departments within the warehouse, such as HR or finance.
- Addressing any administrative issues or discrepancies that arise.
Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in any major
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Accuracy in data entry and documentation is crucial to prevent errors.
- Clear and effective communication is essential for interacting with team members and external contacts.
- Proficiency in using software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and possibly warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the warehouse operation.
