Job description for ADMIN TENDER at PT. Emneltech Solusi Indonesia
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and inform all tender announcements via CIVD & SMART-GEP every day to related sales and GM sales.
Carry out registration and update data via CIVD, EXTRANET & SMART-GEP .
Prepare Supporting Documents for Tender purposes.
New Partner Registration Process.
Follow up on price offers at AE or Team Proposal.
Create a Status Report of the Tender that is being followed.
Ensure the completeness of the requirements or check list for the tender that is being followed is fulfilled completely.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Have minimum bachelor’s degree
1-2 Years Work Experience in the same field.
Knowing phase of tender/project process (both online ePROC & offline).
Having experience & able to operate / manage electronic Procurement (ePROC) customers.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and time management.
Proficiency with computers, especially Microsoft Office.
Administration management (detailing, filing, file tracking and creating paperwork/letters).
Meticulous and detailed oriented.
Teamwork and motivation.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
Domiciled in West Jakarta & its surroundings.
Have a good personality.
