Job description
HRGA ADMINISTRATOR:
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Minimum high school education (with a major in administration or a relevant field
related to HRGA).
2. Minimum 1 year of experience as an admin and in HRGA.
3. Knowledge of labor laws, company policies, administrative management, and
HRGA procedures.
4. Good communication skills.
5. Strong attention to detail.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
7. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
8. Ability to work under pressure.
Job Description:
1. Conducting employee recruitment based on company needs.
2. Managing employee administrative data, such as attendance, leave requests, and
other related matters.
3. Providing support in office facility management, including building maintenance,
inventory, equipment, and other general needs.
4. Creating daily, weekly, and monthly Minutes Of Meeting.
5. Performing tasks as directed by superiors.
