Job description for Admin Finance at 3000 Group
This position will serve as the pivotal individual responsible for supervising a range of administrative functions, overseeing financial management activities, and offering comprehensive operational support to the various business units operating under the 300Group.
Job Decsriptions:
1. Compile financial statements.
2. Handle and document corporate financial operations.
3. Manage invoices in line with precise and timely payment guidelines.
4. Evaluate financial information and offer planning support.
5. Ensure the company adheres to tax regulations and meets payment obligations to business associates.
6. Responsible for all travel arrangements of the delegation staff, flight bookings, purchase tickets; make hotel/accommodation reservations and clear the payments and keep records thereof
Requirements:
1. Minimum education of Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting/Finance
2. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Finance Admin
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and other accounting software
4. Disciplined, meticulous, and have good communication skills
