Roles and Responsibilities:
- Mastering archive management & ability to use Microsoft Office to create and document projects in the digital team.
- Able to coordinate well with co-workers & related departments.
- Willingness to learn new things & have high curiosity.
- Understanding digital product regulatory & licensing requirement & matters.
- Collecting, tracking and creating FAQs related to inquiries and complaints submitted by customers on Danamon digital channels.
- Ability to collect and create reports combining progress, schedule, defects & pending items for QA testing projects.
- Ability to centralize maintenance of memo numbers, ATK, reimbursement, staff data, new employee enrollment process for digital channel & payment teams.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Min 1-2 years of experience in banking administration work.
- Bachelor’s/University degree.
- Prefereably fluent in English Language (oral & written).
- Great critical thinking & detail oriented.
- Experience in working in a team-oriented & collaborative environment.
- Tech savvy & financial services industry experience preferred.
